
The average hanging weight of our pigs is 195-230 pounds, which comes out to about 150-190 pounds of meat. You can expect a half hog share to come out to around 50 pounds of meat. We offer custom cutting options for processing through Amery Meats, Amery, WI, including bratwursts, breakfast links, seasoned ground, and products smoked and cut to your liking.
